Effect of Aerobic or stress exercise in Response of Some Antioxidants Parameters in Blood Serum

Abstract

The study was conducted to show the effect of aerobic or stress exercise , in response of antioxidants in blood serum. The sample of the study included (8) Freshman students/ Physical Education College University of Mosul/ The procedures of research included a pre- and post- tests of (2400m) running and a after positive rest of walking with arms moving (front-up-behind and vice versa for) (5) minutes, upon some parameters in blood serum: Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Glutathione(GSH), Malondialdehyde (MDA) and Ceruloplasmin (Cp.). The results showed that there were significant differences in pre-test compared with post-test in Vitamin E, Glutathione, Malondialdehyde and Ceruloplasmin. Post-test has excelled. In pre-test and post recovery, there were significant differences in all parameters.Post Recovery has excelled. In post-test and post-recovery, the results showed significant differences in Vitamin C, Glutathione, Malondialdehyde for the benfit of post recovery.
