الملخص

هدف البحث التعرف على درجة ممارسة الكفايات الاشرافية لدى المشرف التربوي والاختصاصي من وجهة نظر معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية. والتعرف على الفروق الاحصائية بين استجابات معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية في درجة ممارسة الكفايات الاشرافية لدى المشرف التربوي والاختصاصي تبعا لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة .وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته مع هدف البحث،  واشتمل مجتمع البحث على معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الحكومية في مدينة الموصل، حيث ضم المجتمع(827) معلماً ومدرساً للتربية الرياضية منهم (583) معلماً ومعلمة و(244) مدرساً.


  اما عينة البحث فقد تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية والبالغ عددهما (233) بما يشكل نسبة ( 28%) من كلا الجنسين من مجتمع البحث. واستخدم الباحثان تحليل المصادر والاستبيان، والمقابلة الشخصية، وتم اعداد استبيان لتقييم الكفايات الاشرافية للمشرف التربوي من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية، وتكون الاستبيان بصورته النهائية من (67) فقرة مقسمة على تسع كفايات وبعد التأكد من المعاملات العلمية للاستبيان من صدق وثبات تم توزيعه على العينة، وكانت اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين وجهة نظر معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية في تقدير درجة ممارسة الكفايات الاشرافية لدى المشرف التربوي والاختصاصي تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي(معهد، وبكالوريوس، وشهادات عليا) .لمتغيرات سنوات الخدمة  (اقل من 5 سنوات)، و(من5 سنوات الى 10 سنوات)، و(اكثر من 10 سنوات)
