الملخص

إن كرة القدم في السنوات الأخيرة تطورت من أبرز هذه التطورات إدخال تقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR) والاهمية تتبلور حول تطوير الأداء التحكيمي، مما يساعد الحكام على فهم أبعاد العدالة المدركة، وهدف البحث إلى التعرف العدالة المدركة لتقنية var لدى حكام كرة القدم على استخدم الباحثان (المنهج الوصفي) بأسلوبه (المسحي) لملاءمته في هذا البحث ، وتكون مجتمع البحث حكام دوري نجوم عراق لكرة قدم للموسم الرياضي (2025-2026)، والبالغ عددهم (85) حكماً، في حين تكونت عينة البحث من (85) حكماً يمثلون (100%) من مجتمع البحث، وتم تقسيم عينة البحث إلى عينتين (البناء) و(التطبيق) حيث تكونت عينة البناء (60) حكماً حيث اقتربت (71%) من مجتمع البحث، وتم اختيار (عينة البناء) من حكام دوري نجوم العراق لكرة قدم بشكل عمدية، واستخدم الباحثان، والاستبيان، كوسائل الجمع البيانات، ولغرض بناء مقياس العدالة المدركة وبالاعتماد على نظرية العدالة التنظيمية، قام الباحثان بإتباع الخطوات العلمية في بناء المقاييس، إذ قام الباحثان بتحديد مجالات مقياس العدالة المدركة وعرضها على الخبراء، وتمثلت بثلاث أبعاد التوزيعية، والإجرائية، والتفاعلية، ثم قام الباحثان بتحديد صلاحية فقرات المقياس، وبعد الانتهاء من التحليل الاحصائي الفقرات المقياس اصبح مقياس العدالة المدركة لدى حكام دوري نجوم العراق بكرة قدم جاهزاً بصورته النهائية مكونا من (30) فقرة، واستخدم الباحثان الوسائل الاحصائية التي تم حسابها بواسطة (SPSS) لأغراض البحث، وقد توصل الباحثان إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: من خلال اتباع الخطوات بناء المقاييس تم التوصل إلى مقياس العدالة المدركة لحكام كرة قدم المكون من (30) فقرة.
