الملخص

إن الاهتمام بدراسة الممارسات الإدارية والعلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الإدارية، تعد من المواضيع الإدارية المهمة خاصة عند توظيفها على عينة متمثلة برؤساء الاتحادات البارالمبية ورؤساء اللجان البارالمبية الفرعية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في تطوير الرياضة البارالمبية في العراق إضافة الى دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمجتمع واعدادهم بدنيا ونفسياً، لذا هدف البحث الى تكييف استبيان الممارسات الإدارية والمعد من قبل (خليل،2025)، واستبيان العلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الإدارية والمعد من قبل (الوتار،2025)، فضلاً عن التعرف على مستويات الممارسات الإدارية ومستويات العلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الادارية بأبعادهما والتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بينهما ونسبة مساهمة ابعاد الممارسات الإدارية في العلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الادارية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوبين المسحي والارتباطي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية في الاتحادات البارالمبية واللجان البارالمبية العراقية الفرعية في المحافظات والبالغ عددهم (108) عضواً، إذ قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث على وفق أسلوب الحصر الشامل، واستخدم الباحث استبياني الممارسات الإدارية والعلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الادارية كأداة للبحث، وتم معالجة البيانات التي حصل عليها الباحث باستخدام برنامج (spss)، وكانت من اهم النتائج امتلاك عينة البحث مستويات مرتفعة من الممارسات الإدارية، وكذلك مستويات مرتفعة من العلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الإدارية، فضلاً عن وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية موجبة بين المتغيرين ونسب مساهمة متفاوتة لأبعاد الممارسات الإدارية في العلاقة بين الرؤساء وأعضاء هيئاتهم الإدارية.
