الملخص

تعد الثقافة مرآة المجتمع والتي تعبر عن تطوره وتميزه عن غيره من المجتمعات الاخرى، فهي تعكس تراث المجتمع وقيمه وعقائده وتاريخه والمستوى الفكري والثقافي للأفراد فيه، والثقافة الرياضية هي جزء لا يتجزأ من الثقافة العامة. هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على درجة الثقافة الرياضية ومستوى الطموح الرياضي لدى لاعبي أندية كرة القدم في مدينة الموصل. فضلا عن الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الثقافة الرياضية ومستوى الطموح الرياضي. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب الارتباطي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث الحالي، حيث اشتمل مجتمع البحث على لاعبي أندية كرة القدم في مدينة الموصل والذين تم اختيارهم بصورة عمدية تحقيقا لأهداف البحث، البالغ عددهم (147) لاعبا، للموسم الرياضي (2025-2026)، وكذلك استخدم الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية التالية عن طريق البرنامج الاحصائي spss: النسبة المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، المتوسط الفرضي، وقيمة (ت (المحتسبة ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وكذلك قيمة(sig). واظهرت نتائج البحث تمتع لاعبي أندية كرة القدم في مدينة الموصل بصورة عامة بدرجة مرتفعة من الثقافة الرياضية ومستوى الطموح الرياضي، كما اسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية إيجابية (طردية) بين الثقافة الرياضية ومستوى الطموح الرياضي لدى عينة البحث. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة اجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول متغير الثقافة الرياضية مع متغيرات أخرى وفعاليات مختلفة. وكذلك اجراء دراسة مشابهة للدراسة الحالية على طلبة المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الموصل. والتأكيد على ضرورة الاهتمام بتوجيه ودعم وتشجيع اللاعبين معنويا وماديا من اجل رفع مستوى طموحهم الرياضي.
