Leadership in sports organizations is a fundamental pillar contributing to the success and effectiveness of institutional sports operations. For these organizations, particularly sports clubs, to adapt to modern developments in sports management, they must adopt advanced management methods that align with global trends in the field. These methods positively influence employee behaviour through ethical values and principles that emphasize commitment, integrity, recognizing and appreciating others' efforts, providing support, and treating everyone fairly and respectfully. Therefore, we observe that modern management in many organisations has developed its ethical framework through what is known as an ethical charter. This charter is based on professional ethics, societal values, and organizational values, and it generally aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
This research aims to identify the contribution of ethical leadership to the organizational attractiveness of the administrations of Iraqi Premier League football clubs from the perspective of their technical and administrative staff. The researcher used the descriptive method, as it suited the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of 170 members working within the administrative and technical staff of the sports clubs participating in the Premier League. The researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection tool and statistically analysed the data using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, and contribution percentage. After statistical analysis, the researcher concluded that the organizational attractiveness of sports clubs does not depend solely on ethical leadership. Other administrative and organizational factors also influence organizational attractiveness, such as a positive organizational climate, administrative and financial stability, and organizational reputation.
