Football is one of the most important sports, contributing to the improvement and development of physical and harmonic qualities, and special exercises are important for perfecting motor harmony and the performance standard of some football skills. This negatively affected performance in some football skills.
The research aimed to determine the effect of special exercises on motor compatibility and the performance level of some football skills. The researchers assumed statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results of the control and experimental groups in motor compatibility and some football skills. The researchers intentionally selected a sample of 30 second-stage students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The test results showed statistically significant differences. The study considered the progression of the football lesson for second-stage students. Finally, compatibility tests are necessary to determine the extent of improvement and progress, their impact on the level of standard performance in football as an evaluation tool, and to track students' progress.
