Modern educational processes have increasingly shifted toward adopting learner -centered strategies that promote active learning, particularly in motor learning, which requires continuous interaction and feedback. Among the most prominent of these strategies are flipped learning and blended learning, which integrate technology with practical application and provide a flexible learning environment. Despite this development, many physical education classes still rely on traditional teaching methods, which may limit the effectiveness of learning basic handball skills. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the effect of using flipped learning and blended learning on learning some basic handball skills among students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad. The researcher used an experimental method with an equivalent-groups design. The sample included 30 students, randomly distributed into two groups of 15 students each. The educational program lasted for 8 weeks, with two sessions per week. The results showed statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group, indicating the effectiveness of flipped and blended learning in improving the learning of basic handball skills compared with the traditional method..
