Building a list of evaluation of vocational performance standards for physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate
Abstract
The goal of research to build a list of evaluation of vocational performance standards for physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate and to achieve the research goal, the descriptive curriculum was relied upon, and the research community consisted of physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate.
The researchers used the analysis of the sources, the questionnaire and the personal interview to collect data on the study, and the content of a group of Arabic and foreign sources was analyzed to determine professional standards, followed by the formulation of a group of paragraphs representing professional standards, and the researchers approved the five -year -old scale Nine major professional criteria, in which scientific transactions were available from honesty of all kinds (the sincerity of experts, the sincerity of internal consistency, and structural honesty).
