Organisational Support For Physical Education Teachers In Nineveh In The Light Of Some Individual Variables
Abstract
The Paper Aims At Recognising:
The Differences In The Organisational Support For Physical Education Teachers As Far As Age, Educational Qualifications, Years Of Service.
A Qualitative Approach Is Used. The Data Collection Involves A Sample Of 404) ) Physical Education Teachers From Nineveh Governate (Al-Hayali’s 2013 ) Survey Model Is Adopted. The Data Are Analysed Statistically Via (Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, Percentage, Analysis Of Variance, Alpha Factor, Theoretical Range And Class Interval To Determine Theoretical Class For Age And Years Of Service) Also, Excell And SPSS Programs Are Used In The Data Analysis.
The Paper Comes Up With The Conclusions:
That There Is No Individual Difference Among Physical Education Teachers In Nineveh As Far As Organisational Support Is Concerned According To Age, Educational Qualifications And Years Of Service.
Thus, It Is Recommendeds :
That There Is A Need For Holding Special Courses For Organisational Support In Schools With The Help Of Experts.
