The impact of special exercises using the device ( power rack swimming) with electronic counter technology on the muscular strength of 50m freestyle swimmers
Abstract
The recent study aims at finding the following:
To reveal the significance of the differences in the effect of exercises using the (Power Rack Swimming) device equipped with electronic counter technology on the muscular capacity of 50-meter freestyle swimmers between the pre- and post-tests of the experimental group, and to reveal the significance of the differences in the effect of the effectiveness of electronic counter technology in evaluating the physical performance and training development of swimmers in the post-tests between the experimental and control groups. The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research. The researchers also applied the main experiment on the advanced Iraqi national team swimmers, specializing in 50-meter freestyle. They were divided into two groups, an experimental and a control, with (6) swimmers in each group. After applying
the curriculum, which lasted for (24) training units, and obtaining the results and processing them statistically, the experimental group achieved a significant superiority in the variables of muscular capacity and achievement of the 50-meter freestyle distance.
