Abstract

The research aims to:



  • Develop a scale to measure the level of awareness among preparatory school students in Nineveh regarding artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in sports.

  • Identify the level of awareness among preparatory school students in Nineveh of AI technologies in sports.

  • Identify the differences in the level of awareness of AI technologies in sports among preparatory school students in Nineveh according to the gender variable.


The researcher concluded that:



  • The current scale is valid for measuring the level of awareness of AI technologies in sports among preparatory school students.

  • The level of awareness of AI technologies in sports among preparatory school students was found to be low.

  • There is a difference in the awareness of AI technologies in sports between male and female students.

  • Male students demonstrated a higher level of awareness of AI technologies in sports compared to female students.


The researcher recommended the following:



  • Developing curricula that keep pace with the advancement of artificial intelligence technologies in the sports field.

  • Organizing workshops and training courses for students to enhance their awareness of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in improving athletic performance.

  • Encouraging students to conduct research and applied projects on artificial intelligence in sports to foster their innovative thinking.

  • Hosting specialists in artificial intelligence and sports to deliver scientific lectures and seminars that enrich students’ knowledge and experience.


•Utilizing modern technological tools and educational games based on artificial intelligence to promote interactive learning and increase students’ motivation
