Abstract

is a sense of security Job stability is one of the important psychological components, The teachers of the College and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Mosul depend on them for the success of the educational and sports process in the university and the community as a result, and to address the different working conditions as a result of the nature of their work represented by their implementation of the educational and sports scientific tasks and duties, in addition to training the college and university sports teams,


       The descriptive approach was used in a survey and correlative method, and the research community included the lecturers of the College and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul for the academic year (2021-2022), and they numbered (180) teachers, and the research sample included (64) teachers, and they represent the percentage of ( 35%) of the research community, and the search tool included the two scales (anxiety about infection with coved-19 virus) and (job stability), and statistical means (mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, (Spearman-Brown) equation, (T) test were used , (S - k) test, the hypothetical mean of the scale, and the percentage.


The researchers reached the following conclusions:


- The teachers of the College and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul have a degree of concern about infection with the virus (coved-19) less than the hypothetical average of the scale.


The teachers of the College and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul have a degree of job stability that is higher than the hypothetical average of the scale.


- The relationship between the degree of anxiety infection with the virus (coved-19) and job stability among the teachers of the college and departments of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Mosul is a negative (inverse) relationship.
