Conscious leadership and its relationship to career maturity among employees in student activities departments at Nineveh universities

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of conscious leadership among administrators in the student activities departments at the universities of Nineveh. It also sought to examine the level of job maturity among employees in these departments and explore the relationship between conscious leadership of administrators and the job maturity of employees in the student activities departments at Nineveh's universities.


The study's sample consisted of 87 employees and administrators working in these departments. It employed measures of conscious leadership and job maturity. The findings indicated a high level of conscious leadership among the directors of student activities departments at Nineveh universities, alongside a high level of job maturity among the employees. Furthermore, the study revealed a positive relationship between the level of conscious leadership and job maturity among employees in these departments.
